Widely respected for his deep knowledge of commercial P&C insurance, Bill brings a unique ability to evaluate acquisition opportunities with precision — identifying strong-performing companies and seamlessly integrating them into a unified, scalable platform. His track record of building profitable, sustainable insurance programs has made him a trusted leader across the specialty insurance space.

Prior to Ignyte, Bill served as President of NSM Insurance Group, where he oversaw the expansion of one of the industry’s most successful MGA platforms. Under his leadership, NSM grew into a $2B+ enterprise with 30+ specialty programs spanning the U.S., UK and Europe.

Today at Ignyte, Bill is focused on strategic M&A execution, operational excellence and unlocking long-term value for partners and stakeholders. With $1B+ in premium under management, a growing global footprint and a 35-year legacy in specialty insurance, Ignyte is poised to remain a global force.

Bill earned his B.A. from Villanova University. He is passionate about building lasting partnerships, scaling standout brands and driving innovation across the specialty insurance landscape.
